Join workshop facilitator Jesse Sostrin and guest presenter Ilene Wasserman for a fast-moving session designed for professionals who want to utilize CMM principles and tools in their work as consultants, coaches, counselors, mediators, and more. The workshop will present an original framework for designing and facilitating interventions that address a range of individual, team, organizational, or community issues.
The culmination of years of research and practice, the SEAVA Model and its related case examples will guide participants through a step-by-step sequence that can seamlessly bring the powerful principles and techniques of CMM into the consulting engagement.
WHEN: The workshop will take place immediately following the 1st annual “CMM Institute Associates’ Gathering” from Monday November 12th – Tuesday November 13th. Monday’s session will begin at 1:00 pm and will include a group dinner and an evening session. Tuesday’s schedule includes breakfast and a morning session from 8:30 am – 12:00 noon.
